Refund policy
Your rights as a consumer
We make every effort to ensure our warranty and returns policy adheres to Australian Consumer Protection laws. As we are not lawyers however the below agreement may not completely match the rights granted to consumers in Australia.
Australian Consumer rights cannot be restricted by policy or agreement between a consumer and a business. ACCC guidelines supersede any policy details documented below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, does not meet the product description or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can begin assisting you with the returns process.
Exchanges
If you wish to receive a replacement product instead of a refund. You may choose to have a replacement sent upon the originals return, or place an order for the same product via the website and have the value refunded to you upon receipt of the original.
If you choose the second option; please let us know the replacement order number so we can correctly refund you.
Return Process
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide evidence of purchase (invoice or order number provided with your purchase), and details of the issue encountered.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mixink.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 431, Meadows, South Australia 5201.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
